This essay made me one of winner of the winners in KGRE World Cup Forum Competition in 2006. Well we're now also counting for the World Cup 2010 in South Africa in near time, so I want to place the essay here to remind us of the World Cup 2006:
Football fever during this last one month is attacking all over the World. Yes! It is because of The World Cup that had been held in Germany. This every 4 years competition among of the best football team that represent their countries. Everyone is waiting for this event especially for the football mania, including my self.
There are lots of unforgettable moments and histories in The World Cup 2006, The Socceroos in their first match vs Japan dramatically won with score 3-1 and succeeded to the Round of 16 after 32 years waiting to compete in World Cup. Brazil as known as the Dream team has to back pack after Quarterfinals because France beat them with score 1-0. What a surprise!. Captain Beckham, a British man who can always score a goal in three World Cup Competitions (1998,2002 and 2006). And Last but not Least that Zidane finally be the Best Player even he got red card in Final Match. Zizou is a Legend he deserved for it.
