HiRaGana & KaTakana
As I am now learning Japanese language, than it is a must that I have to learn how to write Japanese's characters. Previously, I have posted about Why Japanese and Japanese Sushi, and is turn to post about how to write Japanese characters.
There 2 kinds of Japanese characters besides Kanji. They are Hiragana and Katakana.
Hiragana is usually used to write word that originally Japanese language for example: haha (mother), chichi (father), asa (morning) and ect.
Katakana is usually used to write word like: hambaga (hamburger), or foreigner's name etc. My sensei said that Japanese people are prefer to write using Hiragana rather than Romanji.
For you that currently are studying how to write Hiragana and Katakana, I have a good site to share with you, it is Japanese-Lesson.com. This site is highly recommended, the reason is you can learn Hiragana and Katakan online and with simple steps, and also completed with drills.
For your reference too, that you must remembering these basic characters, they are: a, ka, sa, ta, na, ha, ma, ya, ra.
Sample, for a --> a, i, e, o, and ka--> ka, ki, ku, ke, ko and so on.
Happy Learning :)
