Indonesia - Spices

I am graduated and hold agriculture degree, however, I must admitted
that my knowledge limited on theory and has not been applied on
realty nor job. But, there is always opportunity to learn and improve
your knowledge by experience.
Since I have involved in buying raw material, especially on spices, I
got additional information of spices in Indonesia e.g where/location,
the price fluctuation, market competition, harvesting time and many
more.
Indonesia is well known as spices sources for nutmeg, clove and mace
as well as vanilla. Especially for nutmeg, Indonesian's nutmeg is one
of the best in the world. Mandano (Siau)'s Nutmeg is most wanted in
the market.
Beside rich with nutmeg, Indonesia also known as clove's sources. In
Indonesia itself, cigarettes industry is the biggest buyer and
currently due to limited clove stock, the clove price is reach up and
up and up..
In the place where I work now, Tripper Nature, we have several spices
products to offer, most of our customer are from bakery, ice cream
and or food related industries. We have all raw mat from origin with
good quality and proper process. Cinnamon, Vanilla, Mace, Nutmeg,
Clove, and also other spices (Turmeric, Ginger, and Cardamom) are
available at Tripper Nature. For further detail, you can go to
