In the past 2 weeks, I have start to do Yoga. I have done it before but somehow I stop it, and now I decide to practice it again.
This time is different, I do it independently, I search in Google Play for free Yoga's instruction for beginner level.
The reason, I am back to Yoga, because I read that someone who has blood type A, she is suitable for Yoga or Pilates as exercise, and I am going to implement it.
Other reason is, of course, to reduce weight :)
To lose the weight, there are 13 poses - basic, which most of all is easy to do it for beginner.
Beside Yoga, I also like to do swimming, but due to no swimming pool near to my house, then this hobby bit stuck :(
Need to be emphasized that for healthy body, at least need to do exercise 3 times a week for an hour each, whew! no matter you're skinny or fat, doing exercise is really suggested.
OK, let's do it felas :)
