Selayar Island

Got chance to visit this island again on last march. Almost 3 weeks spent time there for understand more about nutmeg's supply

Selayar is an Island which located at the most southern end of South Sulawesi, the quiet and now isolated island of Selayar, with its swathes of pristine white sand beaches and crystal clear tropical waters, in fact, used to have an illustrious past (indonesia.travel)

My company has a facility here, in this island, the main purpose is to establish good relationship with farmers around and to manage good organic spices
The weather in Selayar when I was there mostly sunny and yes it was hot, and I think compare to Bali, its hotter.

I got chance to go to a hidden gem, and its a beach the name is Labuang Nippaya. It has white sand, its clean and so beautiful, well I think because not much people knowing the place yet, I hope it keeps like this when I have chance to revisit it again 😊😊

The food? of course I taste some of them, pallu basa, jalangkote, meatball, and ahh there is a cafe, the name is Simbiosa at Benteng city, it has well I like it the most a black citrus coffee named milarose, taste good and pure from arabica, to get to this cafe from my facility is about one hour by motorbike

In general, it was good to back to Selayar....

 

Day 1, 2023

Time flies fast..it's true, 2022 hours ago left behind with all the ups and downs, with all laughing and tears, with happiness and sad things...thats life!

What would you do in this year ahead Rina?

I think my spirit is the same, still want to do many good deeds in life, learning more and more about life and saying more Bismillah and Alhamdulillah in every things that happen in my life path

Learning to love myself and its ok sometime to ignore others

I do hoping that people arounds having and reaching the best things in their life

I dont have a bucket list which needs to be reached, but I have few things that hope will be happen...and yes, you need to keep having hopes because I think it will color your life more..

World Cup 2022 - Argentina

I dont want to miss this moment too, to express how lucky am to witness best world cup match ever, between Argentina and France last sunday (December 18, 2022) even thru Television 😊

I watched it with my father aka Bapak, as only both of us in the family that understand football!

From the beginning I am for Argentina, while Bapak on France side. The first half Argentina is quite aggressive and having chances to score goal, the result in 23' and 36' Messi and Di Maria both scoring the goals 2-0 for Argentina. Seem at time is impossible to France to catch up, but yet the ball is round, and everything is possible to happen.

In the 2nd half, I guess no one will predict that France surprisingly able to score goals by Kylian Mbappe and 2-2. Both supporters seem cannot believe what happen, well hello me either also cannot believe, this match so f*ckin rock

In 108' Messi again scoring goal, and once again the feeling said...ok this is it, Argentina will win the match, but then again.....Mbappe in 118' equal the score to 3-3, great match!

This final ended with penalties and yes like worldwide knowing, Argentina won 4-2, the destiny speak itself 

I think Maradona will smile widely in heaven....after 36 years Argentina finally bring the trophy home.

Its been long time too for me to watch football full match, the feeling, the excitement, the yelling (my mother, said: shut up....you disturb the neighbor, who care, this is world cup final!)...what a match, I wont ever forget it. This is the same feel when I witnessed final match of Champions League back in 1999, MU finally beat Bayern Munich in such dramatic goals in the last minutes.

I love football mostly because of be teamwork is must and the fair play, which can be applied in any kinds of your life path, be teamwork and be fair. 

Felicidades Argentina! Congratulation Argentina!

First Love Hatsukoi

Allow me to start this post with my favorite line from this Japanese drama

The meaning is; definitely will meet you again!

This drama aired in Netflix, inspired by Utada Hikaru's songs tittled First Love and Hatsukoi

Lovers Namiki and Yae, meet by fate, they fall in love, separated, and by the fate they meet again and the ending is like what I hope...a happy ending

The drama's flow is the combination between past and present, the scene exchanges doesnt confusing, yet it swings the emotion...brings me to tears, yes a lot hahaha...

How Namiki is so persistent in study just to be with the same school with Yae, pushing himself to the limit, and how Yae secretly like Namiki, and refusing others date, ahhh what a cute storyline 💗

How parents good willing sometime isnt the best for their children, and instead end up to bitter and pain, which happen to Yae, she is facing her husband rich family, and how her mother in law down her to low, and she decides to divorce, well it might happen in real life no?

For you who like romance genre, this drama is recommend to watch

POV : Hero and Patient

Its been long time I havent post, just dont get the mood to write

Yesterday I check my Linkedin and got insight about 2 interesting things; hero and patient

The hero thing brings up by Milka Santoso from HeartHunter

Her opinion about being hero and playing hero, in short my understanding; being hero is when you do something, its kinda your natural action without no intention or goals, while playing hero, is when you do something its being planned to gain attention or being recognized by others. Interesting….which one is you?

Sometime when you face a kind of condition or situation and you did an action….the difference between being or playing hero is so thin I guess

However, totally agree that the right way is the “being hero” whatever it cost

Second thing is about patient by Fira Basuki, currently she is open to work, she shares about her ideal criteria of company that she wants to work with. There are four points which basically I agree, and to gain all the criteria in a company indeed need patient, hope best luck for her

Patient in process of looking or applying for a job is very important, because sometime you are lucky to get hire faster, or sometime need months to finally hired

To implemented being hero and patient in life…these can be easy or hard, I think will be depend on each personal, its your choice how you will drive your life and which direction you wanna go

POV: He Does

Recently on the oline entertain news, the topic that rise up is about a celebgram which died due to impact of an accident and its related to her ex-boyfriend who caused the accident happen. Her ex now is facing court. Used to be they were so in love...and the ex seem just using her for money, but well I am not the right person to judge as am not in their circle tho

What I want to share is about how to be a real man..loving is not only about hugging, kissing, showering your love one with present but also especially for a man in my POV he should does concrete things....I witness this kind of man in my whole life;

He always say yes whenever his wife ask permition to go here and there, he just said take care...

He doesnt mind doing all the household tasks; laundry, washing the dishes, cooking, ironing, anything without excuse in the name of helping her wife

He work hard and always say yes whenever his daughter asking for this and that even he knows he might cannot fulfill it

He is a grow up soul and getting better and better in his religion along with his age

He is my first dictionary and he making me simple book and drawing it with things in english, because buying book at that time something expensive for us

He is damn hard to me and love me more than his life at the same time to break my rock head

He didnt talk too much he shows concrete action instead

He teach me the beauty and the good feeling by giving to those who needs no matter what is your condition, willing to give just do it, do it because you want to help

He is a forgiving soul no matter how bad your mistake, he forgives his daughter and his love to her never less, still the same since the day she was born, forever daddy's girl

...He is not perfect of course, but he does what he needs to do as man...

POV: Life Test, Shows the Real You

Here in my blog I can express my thought free, it is my right to write whatever I want.

Recently call him a celebrity which turn to youtuber and his content mostly about charity and helping poor people. His subcribers are millions...the rich become richer and I think its normal for him help those who are in difficult situations.

I am not his fans tho, but I like to sometime watching his youtube channel, or reading news about his son, in short, well I respect him

But the recent news about how he react to an old man, this old man said "asking for money" to this celebrity...there a lot feeds in IG about this tragedy, I call it tragedy, because they way he react was his nature and no scenario and its rough...how he shout to the old man, dont beg for money...and in front of this old man he give money to others while saying "working and you will get money"

Ironic, I can imagine how this old man feel, maybe his way is wrong to ask for help, but no way he didnt deserve it, to be treated like that, so f*cking no way...

In the other way, the youtuber make a kind of clarification...I heard that he didnt feel sorry after doing that, oh Lord....he feels so high I think, rich, many fans, famous

I dont wish and hope anything for him, karma is real and perhaps his good karma will safe him this time..

-being kind is good, however, it is good to sharpen your heart to respect others life and not only yours-

POV: Prison Playbook

Last week while browsing for recommended series, I found an article that mentioned top 5 korean dramas to watch, and one of them is Prison Plybook, I read the synopsis and I am curious to watch it.

The story is about prison life, and the main role is Kim Je-Hyeok, famous baseball player that been prisoned due to an accident for a year.

The drama pictured prison life mostly in comedy situation, I think this is the core that attracted me to watch the episode by episode. I lough a lot in ep 9 mostly when prisoners talked about a guard, and without they realized the guard is around them!

If you want to see true friendship, yes Je-Hyeok and Joon-Ho will show it to you, their friendship is really strong,  Joon-Ho is true friend that everyone could wish! he totally support Je-Hyeok, I mean even when he needs to kick Je-Hyeok he will do it. Joo-Ho is one of the guards in the Seobo Prison

Indirect  message in the conversations and scenes to describe unfair things that happen in prison are pictured in this drama too. People still able to smuggle food, drugs, etc....cigarette quite popular here :D

Yet, not everyone that prisoned is because they really doing the crime, like Yoodaewi (Captain Yoo), he must experience false accusation, eventhough at end he get chance for second court (retrial)

Ahhh another funny thing, there is dating program between gentleman prisoners with the ladies prisoner, by starting sending letter...this scene also make me lol.

What you can learn from this drama is also about how to adapt and mingle with people, in this prison one room is fit for 6 people. So you can imagine 6 people from difference crime background, character, thought and etc in 1 room? need self control to keep the situation workable for all of them.

You can enjoy cute romance scene between Je-Hyeok and his girlfriend, how they settle their problem, and finally how Joon-Ho confess to Je-Hyeok that he dating his sister! 

I love this series and recommended it to you, you wont disappointed!
